Commonly named PU aluminum foil duct board or PU sandwich duct panel, the Polyurethane Foam Ductwork is a premium composite material widely applied to HVAC ventilation and air conditioning duct systems.

Its integrated three-layer bonded construction includes:

Double outer layers: Durable aluminum foil with embossed or flat surface options

Middle core layer: Solid rigid PU foam that provides structural rigidity alongside excellent heat insulation performance

Built with PIR or phenolic foam core and double-sided aluminium foil, it differs greatly from traditional galvanized steel ducts in material performance and construction mode.
