Production and Installation of PID PU Panel Duct

PID PU Panel Duct is manufactured using two mainstream processes: in-plant continuous foaming and field spray foaming.

Factory-fabricated panels achieve uniform density and high dimensional accuracy, satisfying the specifications for standardized mass production and unified construction norms.

Field spray foaming technology is developed for non-standard duct systems and complex architectural structures. The sprayed PIR foam achieves full surface lamination without insulation voids. This core performance advantage is unmatched by other insulation materials.

From an installation perspective, the material offers favorable processability. Its flexible properties facilitate simple cutting and fabrication, removing the reliance on large specialized equipment. The entire installation procedure can be carried out by a single operator.

Moreover, the panel possesses strong interfacial adhesion. It creates stable connections with color steel plates, steel sheets, cement mortar and other substrates, and maintains excellent anti-peeling and anti-separation performance during operation.
