Our rigid PIR pre-insulated duct board is a factory-integrated sandwich composite panel: rigid closed-cell polyisocyanurate foam core permanently bonded with high-strength embossed aluminum foil on both sides. It combines air duct substrate, thermal insulation, air barrier and vapor barrier in one single board, completely replacing the traditional two-stage GI duct process (sheet metal fabrication + separate on-site rubber plastic insulation wrapping). We supply a full matching system including PVC connecting profiles, aluminum flanges, specialized hand fabrication tools, sealing tapes and hanging brackets, supporting full on-site cutting, scoring, folding and assembly to form complete air duct runs.
