Core Structure of Pre Insulated Duct Sheets

The pre-insulated duct panel is a specialized integrated composite sheet for HVAC systems. It differs from the traditional construction method of adding insulation layers to iron sheet ducts. The panel itself comes with an insulation core material and inner and outer protective surface layers.

The mainstream core materials are mostly PIR, PU, phenolic foam and other high-molecular insulation materials, and the outer layer is equipped with aluminum foil anti-corrosion coating.

The entire product is formed through a one-time composite process. The product does not require separate insulation or moisture-proof treatment, and it is a modular duct material that integrates ventilation, heat insulation, noise reduction and fire protection. It mainly replaces traditional galvanized steel sheet ducts and fiberglass ducts, and is suitable for ventilation and air conditioning projects in commercial buildings, office buildings, shopping malls, hospitals, industrial plants and other scenarios.

Fire safety and environmental protection of Pre Insulated Duct Sheets

The pre-insulated ventilation pipe panels are all treated with flame retardant modification, meeting the fire protection grade requirements for building ventilation materials. They possess self-extinguishing and non-flammable properties. During combustion, there is no spread of flames, and the amount of smoke released is low, complying with public building fire protection standards.

The production process of the product does not release harmful substances such as formaldehyde and benzene, and the chemical properties are stable, without volatile pollutants.
