PIR Foam Aluminum Panel (PIR Aluminum Foil Composite Insulation Board) is a high-performance sandwich panel with polyisocyanurate (PIR) rigid closed-cell foam as the core material and aluminum foil/aluminum sheet on both sides.
It integrates ultra-low thermal conductivity, A-level fire resistance, lightweight and high strength, moisture-proof and corrosion resistance, and combines insulation, structural and protective functions. It is widely used in heating ventilation ducts, building envelopes, cold storage and clean rooms, and is a new type of industrial and building material that combines energy conservation and safety.

PIR (Polyisocyanurate) Pre-insulated Aluminum Duct Panels are engineered for high-performance HVAC ductwork and thermal insulation. They combine a rigid PIR foam core with metal facings (such as aluminum, painted steel, galvanized steel), offering a lightweight, durable, and energy-efficient alternative to traditional galvanized steel ducts.

Core material performance: The thermal conductivity of PIR foam is as low as 0.022–0.026 W/m·K. It has a high closed-cell rate and its insulation efficiency far exceeds that of traditional materials such as EPS and rock wool. It can achieve efficient insulation with a thin thickness, reducing the space occupied by the insulation layer.


Surface layer advantages: Double-sided aluminum foil / aluminum plates provide four functions: moisture-proof and vapor barrier, reflective insulation, structural reinforcement, and corrosion resistance and weather resistance, forming a complete protective barrier and extending the service life.


Composite structure: Factory prefabricated and integrated molding, no thermal bridge, good air tightness, no need for secondary insulation on site, significantly improving construction efficiency and system stability.
