PIR Ducting Panels

PIR ducting panels are factory-produced panels engineered for fabricating high-performance HVAC ductwork. The core substrate consists of rigid Polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam, widely recognised for superior thermal performance and fire-resistant characteristics.

What It's Made Of

The duct is a composite panel with a sandwich structure :

Core Material The insulating core is rigid PIR foam. It delivers high thermal resistance and structural rigidity whilst maintaining a lightweight profile.

Facings Protective, airtight facings are permanently bonded to both sides of the foam core. Two common options are available:

Aluminum Foil: 80-micron thickness, the standard facing for conventional indoor projects.

Aluminum Sheet: 200-micron thickness for improved mechanical strength and longevity, applicable to external environments.

Applications of PIR Ducting Panels

In the field of architecture:

Exterior curtain walls (limited to buildings under 24 meters), interior partition walls, commercial storefronts, suitable for scenarios such as airports, shopping malls, and factories. It can quickly replace traditional materials in the renovation and transformation of old buildings.

Special scenarios:

With a temperature resistance range of -185 ℃ to 120℃, it is widely used in cold storage, refrigerated trucks, and clean rooms, while meeting GMP clean space requirements.

Transportation and advertising:

It can be processed into the interior of train carriages and large advertising signs, supporting RAL color system customization and irregular cutting.
