High-Performance Pre-Insulated Ducting

This product features a composite layered structure with high-efficiency PIR foam as the core insulation material, bonded with aluminum foil/color steel plates on both sides to form an integrated structure with thermal insulation, load-bearing and sealing performance. Key material properties:

Insulation core: B1-class flame-retardant polyurethane foam (thermal conductivity: 0.022 W/(m·K)), effectively blocking heat transfer and reducing energy loss; closed-cell structure for moisture resistance, preventing condensation and mold.

Protective surface: Double-sided aluminum foil/anti-oxidation color steel plate, smooth & dust-free for easy cleaning, with excellent tear and corrosion resistance. Aluminum foil surface is non-combustible, meeting national building fire codes.

Accessories: PVC/aluminum alloy connectors and fireproof sealant. All parts have fire rating no lower than the duct body, with eco-friendly, formaldehyde-free materials to ensure indoor air quality.
