Built with an aluminum foil-rigid PUR foam-aluminum foil sandwich structure, this factory prefabricated panel integrates thermal insulation, airtightness and structural rigidity, eliminating on-site secondary insulation work.

Core Material

High-density rigid PUR foam with closed-cell rate ≥95% and bulk density around 50kg/m³.

Surface Layer

Double-sided 60-80μm anti-corrosion aluminum foil, available in smooth or embossed finish, featuring excellent airtightness, moisture resistance and corrosion resistance.
