Phenolic Pre Insulated Duct Structure
The middle layer of the phenolic pre insulated duct is made of phenolic foam, and the inner and outer layers are embossed aluminum foil. As a foamed product of phenolic resin, phenolic foam has a unique closed-cell structure, which endows it with many excellent properties. The embossed aluminum foil not only protects the internal phenolic foam, but also enhances the mechanical properties and aesthetics of the air duct.

Excellent fire resistance: Phenolic foam meets the B1 grade flame-retardant standard, with an oxygen index ≥ 35, and does not melt or drip when exposed to fire.
High-efficiency thermal insulation: The thermal conductivity is as low as 0.022W/(m·K), saving more than 30% energy compared with traditional materials.
Lightweight design: With a density of only 40-60kg/m³, it significantly reduces building loads.
Moisture and corrosion resistance: The closed-cell rate is >95% and the water absorption rate is <3%, making it suitable for high-humidity environments.
Environmental protection and non-toxicity: Free of CFCs/HCFCs and certified by LEED.
