Material Structure
Core Material: Phenolic foam (phenolic resin-based closed-cell structure) with low thermal conductivity (0.02–0.03 W/m·K).
Facing: Double-sided aluminum foil lamination (40–80 μm), which enhances moisture resistance and mechanical strength.
Performance Parameters
Fire Rating: Complies with BS 476 Part6&7 Class 0, ASTM E84 Standard Grade A, It features flame retardancy, low smoke emission, and no release of harmful gases.
Mechanical Strength: Compressive strength ≥ 0.2 MPa; flexural strength ≥ 1.1 MPa.
Temperature Resistance Range: Capable of withstanding a continuous temperature of up to 120℃.
