What is a Phenolic Duct Panel?
Phenolic duct panels are factory-laminated composite boards consisting of a phenolic foam core (a thermoset plastic) sandwiched between two layers of aluminum foil (typically 60 microns thick).
Unlike traditional fabrications, these panels are fabricated in the shop or on-site into rectangular duct sections using a simple "cut, groove, fold, and seal" method.
