Phenolic duct board Performance Characteristics
Excellent thermal insulation performance: Phenolic foam has a low thermal conductivity, typically ranging from 0.02 to 0.03 W/(m·K). It can effectively reduce cold/heat loss in air conditioning systems and improve energy utilization efficiency.
Superior fire resistance: The core material generally achieves a combustion performance grade of B1 (flame-retardant) or higher, with some products reaching grade A2. It does not produce toxic thick smoke or dripping substances during combustion, meeting building fire safety requirements.
