PUR Ducting Panel is pre-insulated HVAC sandwich board with double-sided embossed aluminum foil and high-density closed-cell PUR foam core. The overall weight of the sheet material is only 1.3-1.4 kg per square meter, which is more than 60% lighter than the same-sized galvanized iron sheet duct. This significantly reduces the load on the building floor and ceiling joists, and in renovation projects of old buildings, there is no need to reinforce the ceiling structure.
The compressive strength is ≥ 0.25 MPa, and the bending stiffness is excellent. Under positive and negative wind pressure conditions of 13–20 m/s, there is no deformation or collapse. The aluminum foil surface layer is resistant to scratching and slight impacts. The operation of cutting, bending, and splicing the sheet material is simple. Special CNC cutting equipment is provided for on-site rapid processing of elbows, diameter changes, and three-way irregular parts. The sheet material has strong dimensional stability. Under high and low temperature environments, the linear deformation is extremely small, and it will not delaminate or bulge over a long period of use.

The double-sided aluminum foil completely blocks moisture, eliminating the problem of condensation and dripping water in high-humidity underground garages, supermarkets, and swimming pools.
The foam core material is chemically stable, with a mold resistance level of 0 and an antibacterial rate of 99.5%. It does not cause fiber shedding and does not pollute the airflow, making it suitable for clean ventilation scenarios in hospitals' operating rooms, pharmaceutical workshops, food factories, data centers, and other places.
The board comes with a composite sound-absorbing structure. During operation, it can reduce the noise of the duct airflow by 30-40 decibels without the need for additional noise reduction devices. T
