PUR Air Conditioning Duct Board, also referred to as PU aluminum foil duct board or PU sandwich air duct panel, is a high-performance composite material specially engineered for HVAC heating, ventilation and air conditioning ductwork systems.

The panel features a three-layer bonded composite structure:

Two outer faces: Heavy-duty aluminum foil, available in smooth or embossed finishes

Central core: Rigid polyurethane (PU) foam, serving simultaneously as structural reinforcement and thermal insulation

1.1 Outstanding thermal insulation and heat preservation performance:

With a low thermal conductivity and excellent thermal insulation performance, the insulation effect is twice that of ordinary polystyrene boards at the same thickness. It can effectively reduce heat exchange between the inside and outside of buildings, lower energy consumption and save energy.

1.2. Excellent fire resistance and flame retardancy:

PUR Air Conditioning Duct Board has passed the test of the National Quality Supervision Center, and the combustion grade meets the GB 8624 B2 standard. Polyurethane itself is non-flammable, providing reliable fire safety guarantee for buildings.

1.3. Outstanding air tightness and sound insulation:

It has a good sound absorption effect, can significantly reduce the noise transmitted from the outside, and create a quiet and comfortable indoor environment.

Choose according to the environment

Outdoor or high-humidity environments: Prioritize the use of 200-micron aluminum foil or color steel plate surface layers, combined with anti-mold coatings.

Clean room: Single-sided smooth aluminum foil (Ra≤0.8 μm) is used, with seamless welding at the seams.

 

Select according to the system pressure

Low-pressure system (≤1000 Pa) : 20mm thick standard plate.

Medium and high pressure system (1000-4500 Pa) : 25-30 mm thick reinforcing plate, with double-layer aluminum foil or galvanized steel plate surface layer.

 

Select in accordance with fire protection requirements

High-risk areas (such as underground garages) : A1 grade color steel plate surface layer + B1 grade core material, certified by EN 13501-1.
