PU Pre-insulated Aluminum Ductwork is an advanced, all-in-one air distribution system specially designed for HVAC, central air conditioning, ventilation, and cleanroom projects. Structure & Composition

This ductwork adopts a sandwich composite structure manufactured through an integrated foaming and bonding process:

Core layer: Dense closed-cell rigid polyurethane (PU) foam, available in standard thicknesses of 10mm, 15mm, 20mm, 25mm, 30mm, and 40mm. Typical foam density is 45–55 kg/m³, delivering ultra-low thermal conductivity.

Face layers: High-strength aluminum foil (commonly 0.06mm or 0.08mm, smooth or embossed, white or silver) firmly bonded to both sides of the PU core. The aluminum layer acts as air barrier, vapor barrier, protective shell, and hygienic inner lining.

The entire panel is factory-produced as rigid sheets, then fabricated into straight ducts, elbows, tees, reducers, and other fittings for on-site assembly.
