The PU Insulation HVAC Duct features a sandwich composite core structure, with rigid polyurethane foam as the central substrate and double-sided aluminum foil serving as protective facings. This layered construction delivers outstanding comprehensive physical performance.

Class B1 flame retardant; aluminium foil surface: A1 non-combustible. Low smoke output and no dripping while burning. Complies with BS 476 and EN 13501, ideal for high fire-risk sites: data centres, subways and hospitals.

 

Service Lifespan

 

Strong corrosion resistance. 95% strength retained after 720 hours acid/alkali immersion; no rust or pulverisation. Designed service life: 20 years. Galvanized steel ducts rust easily (5–8 years lifespan); phenolic ducts crack within 3–5 years.
