1. Core Insulation Layer

It is made of high-density closed-cell PU foam with a density of 45-50kg/m³, produced via a professional foaming process with no gaps or air bubbles. Boasting an ultra-low thermal conductivity (λ-value typically at 0.02W/(m·K)), it effectively blocks heat transfer. It also delivers outstanding sound insulation, noise reduction, water and moisture resistance, preventing condensation and mold inside the duct and ensuring the long-term stable operation of the duct system.

2. Double-Sided Protective Facings

The standard option is embossed aluminum foil (60-80μm) or aluminum sheet (150-200μm), and the material can be upgraded to pre-coated galvanized steel sheet and other alternatives based on application scenarios. Featuring a smooth, flat surface, corrosion and wear resistance, it not only protects the internal PU foam layer from mechanical damage but also further boosts insulation efficiency through metal reflection. Meanwhile, its easy-to-clean surface prevents dust accumulation and bacterial growth, meeting the requirements of hygienic-grade applications.

3.Auxiliary Connection Components

Dedicated accessories are provided, including special flanges,, silicone sealant, and aluminum foil tape.
