It is a high-performance ventilation duct product, which is widely used in HVAC systems. The following is a detailed introduction:

 

Basic Structure: It is a sandwich structured panel. The core is Polyurethane(PU) foam, which is a closed-cell insulating material. The two outer layers are aluminum sheets or aluminum foils.

Outstanding insulation and energy-saving properties: The core material is high-ratio closed-cell polyurethane foam, with a closed-cell ratio exceeding 95%. The initial thermal conductivity is as low as 0.018-0.022 W/(m·K), far superior to traditional insulation materials such as EPS and rock wool. It can effectively reduce the heat loss of air ducts, reducing the energy consumption of the HVAC system by 20%-35%. Moreover, it complies with the long-term thermal resistance requirements of the new national standard GB/T21558-2025, ensuring a stable and long-lasting insulation effect.

Safety protection compliance: The product's flame retardancy meets the B1 grade requirements of GB 8624-2012. During combustion, no toxic black smoke is released. The volume water absorption rate is ≤ 3%. In humid environments, it is not prone to mold or corrosion. At the same time, it has excellent dimensional stability. Under high and low temperature conditions, the dimensional change is ≤ 3%, avoiding the impact on the sealing performance of the duct due to deformation.

Comprehensive performance meets engineering requirements: The apparent density is controlled within 40-55 kg/m³, the material is lightweight with a compressive strength of 0.10-0.30 MPa, balancing structural strength and lightweight design; excellent air tightness, with the leakage rate of duct joints being less than 2%, far exceeding that of traditional metal ducts. Meanwhile, the foam core material can absorb air flow vibrations, achieving natural sound insulation and enhancing the comfort of space usage.

Construction efficiency has significantly improved: The product weight is 72% lighter than that of traditional galvanized iron pipe ducts. No large lifting equipment is required; it can be easily transported and installed by manual labor. Compared with the traditional two-step construction method of "fabrication + insulation", the construction time is saved by 40% to 60%.

Construction costs have been effectively reduced: The integrated structure eliminates the procurement and construction of auxiliary materials such as insulation layers and sealants, thereby reducing the cost of auxiliary materials and labor processes; at the same time, its lightweight property eliminates the need for additional reinforcement, saving costs.

Cost controllable: The aluminum foil layer on the product surface is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. The polyurethane core material is resistant to aging. With normal maintenance, the service life can reach over 20 years, which is much longer than the replacement cycle of traditional duct insulation layers.

Compared with EPS foam board: It has better insulation performance, lower thermal conductivity, and a much lower water absorption rate than EPS; the flame retardant grade is the same at B1 level, but it has higher structural strength and is less prone to deformation due to compression, meeting the dual requirements of the duct structure and insulation.

Compared with rock wool board: It is lighter in texture, significantly reducing the construction difficulty, and there is no problem of rock wool fibers falling off; it also has additional functions such as sound insulation and air tightness, and no additional sound insulation or sealing accessories are required, providing a better overall user experience.

Compared with traditional metal ducts: The integrated insulation and duct structure eliminates the need for adding an insulation layer later on for the metal ducts, and the anti-corrosion aluminum foil layer is more resistant to moisture and corrosion than the metal ducts.
