Pre-insulated PU Duct

Pre Insulated Polyurethane (PU) Duct is a high-efficiency pre-insulated duct specially designed for HVAC systems, with its core advantages derived from a unique three-layer composite structure: the inner and outer layers use corrosion-resistant aluminum foil as protective layers, while the middle layer adopts high-density polyurethane (PU) foam as the core insulation material. With an ultra-low thermal conductivity of 0.020 - 0.022 W/m·K, polyurethane foam can effectively block heat exchange between the airflow inside the duct and the external environment, reducing energy loss of air conditioning systems from the source and providing solid support for the achievement of building energy-saving goals.​

In terms of performance, pre-insulated polyurethane (PU) ducts show multi-dimensional advantages: the polyurethane foam after professional flame-retardant treatment has reliable fire resistance, which will quickly form a charring protective layer when exposed to fire, effectively slowing down the spread of flames; the closed-cell foam structure endows it with excellent moisture and water resistance, avoiding performance degradation of the insulation layer due to moisture; the inner wall is treated with a smooth process, which can not only reduce air flow resistance to improve air supply efficiency, but also reduce dust accumulation and microbial growth, comprehensively ensuring indoor air cleanliness. In addition, the duct adopts factory-prefabricated standardized components, which are lightweight with strength suitable for most scenarios. The convenience of transportation and on-site installation efficiency are greatly improved, which can significantly shorten the construction period.
