The prefabricated polyurethane ductwork is made with high-density PU foam as the core material, with aluminum foil or color steel panels on both sides, and is pre-formed through a one-step process.
It boasts outstanding advantages such as excellent insulation, sealing and leak prevention, as well as light weight and high strength. The thermal conductivity is as low as 0.016 - 0.022 w/m·k, and its weight is only 1/3 of that of traditional iron sheet ductwork.

Basic Structure: It is a sandwich structured panel. The core is polyurethane (PU) foam, which is a closed-cell insulating material. The two outer layers are aluminum sheets or aluminum foils.

Outstanding insulation and energy-saving effect: The core material is a sealed bubble structure, with a lower thermal conductivity than traditional materials such as glass wool. At the same thickness, the insulation effect is more than twice that of traditional materials. The heat loss of the air conditioning system can be controlled within 2%, significantly reducing energy consumption.


Sealing and structural stability are excellent: It is bonded using the same-source PU foam adhesive, ensuring complete sealing and no air leakage. Its air tightness is 8 times that of galvanized iron sheet ducts. The mechanical structure is stable, with excellent resistance to pressure and deformation. It can withstand a wind pressure of 2500 pa and is suitable for high, medium, and low-pressure air systems.


Fireproof and environmentally friendly compliance: The core material reaches non-flammable B1 grade, and some composite boards are non-flammable A grade. During combustion, there is no smoke or toxicity, meeting the fire protection standards for high-rise buildings; The material does not emit harmful substances, the formaldehyde release meets the standard, and the aluminum foil on the surface forms a stable AL₂O₃ layer, causing no pollution to the environment.


Excellent noise reduction and moisture-proof performance: The polyurethane foam and embossed aluminum foil work together to absorb vibrations and echoes, eliminating the resonance noise of traditional ducts. The noise reduction is up to 18 dB/m. The closed-cell ratio is over 96%, and the moisture absorption rate is only 0.49%. This effectively prevents moisture and acid mist from invading, avoiding mold growth.
