PU Foam Rigid Duct Panel

The closed-cell rate of polyurethane foam core material is as high as over 95%, and its thermal conductivity is as low as 0.018-0.022W/(m · K), which is far superior to traditional insulation materials such as rock wool and glass wool. During the operation of the HVAC system, it can effectively prevent the heat exchange between the cold and hot air inside the air ducts and the outside. In summer, it reduces the loss of cold air, and in winter, it lowers heat loss. It has been measured that it can reduce the energy consumption of the air conditioning system by 15% to 20%.

 

The double-sided composite metal or aluminum foil protective layer endows the board with excellent compressive and impact resistance, enabling it to withstand external force compression during the installation and use of air ducts without easy deformation or damage.

 

The fire safety performance complies with the B1 grade flame retardant standard of GB 8624-2012 "Classification of Fire Performance of Building Materials and Products", and some high-end models can meet the A grade non-combustible requirement.
