Outstanding thermal insulation and heat preservation performance: The thermal conductivity of polyurethane rigid foam is as low as 0.018-0.022 W/(m · K), far superior to traditional materials such as rock wool and glass wool, which can minimize the energy loss of cold and hot media in the air duct to the greatest extent.

 

Strong sealing and moisture-proof performance: The joints of the air ducts are designed with special sealant and clips, providing excellent sealing performance. This can effectively prevent air leakage (with a leakage rate of less than 3%) and avoid a decline in system efficiency caused by air flow loss.

 

Sound insulation and noise reduction characteristics: Polyurethane rigid foam has excellent sound absorption and vibration reduction effects. It can absorb the airflow noise and equipment vibration noise generated during the operation of the air conditioning system, with A noise reduction of up to 10-15dB (A), creating a quiet and comfortable indoor environment. At the same time, the surface layer is made of high-strength protective materials such as aluminum foil and FRP, with a compressive strength of ≥250 kPa, impact-resistant, not easy to deform, capable of withstanding the airflow pressure of the ventilation system (working pressure up to ±2500 Pa), and has a service life of 15 to 20 years.

 

Modular installation design: The air ducts are produced using standardized modules. The length and diameter can be customized according to project requirements. The joints are connected by slot type or flange type. No complex tools are required for installation, and the construction efficiency is more than 40% higher than that of traditional air ducts. 

 

Corrosion resistance and environmental friendliness: Polyurethane materials have strong chemical stability, are resistant to acids and alkalis, and have anti-aging properties. They can adapt to various indoor and outdoor environments, avoiding the problems of rusting and corrosion that traditional iron sheet air ducts are prone to.
