Insulation Layer

Polyurethane Foam (PU): Boasts an ultra-low thermal conductivity of as low as 0.02W/(m・K). Its closed-cell structure offers strong water resistance, along with sound absorption and noise reduction capabilities, effectively preventing heat transfer.

Phenolic Foam (PF): Has a thermal conductivity ranging from 0.02 to 0.03W/(m・K), delivering excellent thermal insulation performance. Classified as a B1-grade flame-retardant material, it forms a carbonized layer when exposed to fire, exhibiting outstanding fire resistance.

Polyisocyanurate Foam (PIR): Features excellent thermal stability and a low thermal conductivity of 0.022W/(m・K). With a dense molecular structure, it offers high compressive strength and superior anti-aging properties.

Facing Materials

Aluminum Foil: Provides moisture and water resistance, reflects heat to reduce thermal radiation. Its surface is usually embossed to enhance strength and aesthetics, and can be coated with anti-corrosive layers to improve corrosion resistance.

Galvanized Steel (GI): Possesses high mechanical strength, withstanding pressure and impact. The galvanized layer prevents rust and corrosion, making it suitable for scenarios requiring high strength and durability.

Color Steel: Offers rich and attractive colors, along with certain strength and corrosion resistance, contributing to the overall aesthetic appeal of buildings.
