Structure

The panel adopts a rigid sandwich structure produced by factory one-step foaming and bonding technology:

Core layer: High-density closed-cell rigid polyurethane (PU) foam, with a density of 40–45 kg/m³ and thickness ranging from 10mm to 40mm. It provides outstanding thermal insulation and stable mechanical performance.

Surface layers: High-strength aluminum foil (0.06–0.08mm) firmly bonded on both sides. The aluminum foil acts as an air barrier, vapor barrier and protective layer, improving airtightness, durability and hygiene.
