Pre-insulated PIR Ducts
Pre-insulated PIR Duct is a high-performance pre-insulated duct system with polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam as its core, featuring an integrated sandwich structure: the inner and outer layers are made of high-strength aluminum foil or metal facings, while the middle core layer is high-density PIR foam insulation material. PIR foam boasts exceptional thermal insulation performance with a low thermal conductivity of 0.022 W/m·K, minimizing heat exchange between the airflow inside the duct and the external environment, thus significantly reducing energy consumption of air conditioning systems and serving as a key equipment to enhance building energy efficiency.
