PIR-ALU DUCT FOAM PANELS are high-performance composite insulation panels specially designed for HVAC duct systems.
They consist of a rigid PIR foam core laminated with aluminum foil on both sides, delivering excellent thermal stability, low thermal conductivity, and outstanding fire resistance.

This product is not a single material but a functionally complementary composite material consisting of PIR (polyisocyanurate) foam core material and aluminum foil surface layer. PIR itself has excellent insulation, flame retardancy, and dimensional stability, which can significantly reduce the heat loss of the duct; the aluminum foil surface layer is responsible for preventing moisture penetration, enhancing surface strength, and reflecting radiant heat.
