Material Structure of P3 Duct Board
The core layer configuration is scientific: It adopts 52±2Kg/㎡ density water foaming or PIR insulation core material, with a conventional thickness of 20mm. It takes into account both structural rigidity and insulation performance, with a compressive strength of up to 202kPa, which can resist external force impacts during daily installation and use.
Dual upgrade of surface protection: The outer layer is embossed aluminum foil, and the inner layer is smooth aluminum foil, both covered with 2g/㎡ anti-corrosion polyester fiber paint. The inner layer is additionally coated with self-cleaning and antibacterial coatings, forming a composite structure of "insulation + protection + cleanliness", reducing the risk of pollution and corrosion from the source.
Environmentally friendly material selection: We abandon coatings containing formaldehyde and heavy metals and adopt water-based environmentally friendly formulas. The VOC emission is less than 10g/L, meeting the EU E0 standard. The recycling rate of core raw materials such as aluminum foil and glass fiber exceeds 85%.
