Fire Rated PIR Pre-insulated Duct is a new-generation HVAC duct system specially designed for high-safety-level buildings. It features a polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam core as the insulation layer, adopting an integrated composite structure of "protective layer + insulation layer + protective layer". The outer and inner layers are made of high-strength fire-resistant aluminum foil or metal facings, while the middle high-density PIR foam is treated with a special flame-retardant process. It not only maintains an ultra-low thermal conductivity of 0.020-0.025 W/m·K but also passes stringent fire resistance certifications. While providing efficient insulation, it builds a solid defense line for building ventilation safety.
