Cutting Tools

This series of cutting tools includes the following core components to meet the needs of all scenarios in duct processing:

Professional Tool Set: Equipped with 5 high-precision alloy steel tools, including 2 straight-edge cutting knives (for straight-line cutting of plates), 2 curve knives (for handling arc-shaped ducts), and 1 trimming knife (for finishing the edge of the cut). The cutter heads are treated with a special coating, which increases the durability by 30%.

Measuring and Marking Tools: 5-meter fiber tape measure (with anti-slip grip), 6-piece hex key set (made of S2 alloy steel), environmentally friendly rubber hammer (with anti-smash design), industrial-grade utility knife (with replaceable blades), and wear-resistant metal marker pen (with clear and long-lasting marks).

BENDING MACHINE

Diversified sheet metal forming solutions are provided for different processing needs:

Manual Benders:

Suitable for metal sheets such as galvanized sheets, aluminum sheets, and aluminum foils with a thickness of ≤1.2mm.

Maximum bending angle: 0-135° adjustable.

Built-in angle scale with an accuracy of ±1°.

Adopting an ergonomic handle design, the operating force is reduced by 25%.

PVC PROFILE

Made of high-strength engineering plastics, it is corrosion-resistant and lightweight.

H-type flange: Suitable for air ducts with a thickness of 1.0-4.0mm, featuring a 卡扣式 (snap-on) design, which increases installation efficiency by 60%; after applying glue and sealing with aluminum foil tape, the airtight performance reaches Class A standards.

Flat flange: With a snap-on design, it has good adhesion to sealant, and the supporting special sealant can withstand temperatures from -30℃ to +80℃.

PVC insert connection: Suitable for quick splicing of rectangular air ducts, with a built-in positioning slot to ensure accuracy.

ALUMINUM ALLOY PROFILE

Made of high-strength metal material, it is suitable for high-pressure and high-temperature environments.

H-type flange: Easy and efficient to install, with excellent sealing performance, meeting the requirements of high-pressure environments.

Flat flange: Ultra-thin design saves space, and the surface treatment enhances the adhesion of the sealant. It has strong resistance to high and low temperatures, making it suitable for high-temperature scenarios.

U-type flange: Made of 6063-T5 aluminum alloy, with a tensile strength of ≥180MPa; equipped with special corner codes, and can be fixed with 4 bolts.

F-type flange: Adopting an "L+T" structure, it has both connection and support functions; suitable for large-sized air ducts with a side length of ≥1250mm; equipped with anti-loosening bolts to improve stability in vibrating environments.

Aluminum Adhesive Tape

Made of high-purity aluminum foil (base material) and high-strength adhesive, it fits tightly to air duct joints/interfaces. It blocks air leakage, reduces energy consumption, ensures system airtightness, and is especially suitable for sealing PIR/PU/phenolic foam pre-insulated air ducts.

STEEL ANGLE BRACKET

Specifically designed for air duct corners, it is made of high-quality materials with aging resistance and good elasticity. It can fill the connection gaps to prevent air leakage, relieve vibration wear, prolong the service life of corner parts, and make the connection more stable and reliable.

STEEL SHAPED DISKS

Adaptable to the interfaces of circular air ducts, it can form an effective sealing barrier, prevent air from overflowing, ensure the overall airtightness of the system, and at the same time play a role in buffering and shock absorption, reducing friction and noise.

PVC COVERING ANGLE

With good corrosion resistance and weather resistance, it is used to cover the ends of air ducts, inspection ports, etc. It can block the intrusion of dust and impurities, protect the internal cleanliness, avoid external erosion, and ensure the long-term stable operation of the system
